We were traveling long distance through Portland with a lot of valuable gear in the car. Due to Valentine's Day festivities, there was a lot of events going at or near Jupiter. We had arrived expecting an underground parking as last time, but it was full. The hotel staff helped us figure out where to park securely for the night despite of. Thank you so much for thinking creatively so we could sleep assured. Jupiter is near a bunch of really fun restaurants and bars. We found a sweet little quiet scotch bar just a block away for a night cap. A wonderful way to end a long day of driving. The hotel room was clean, very comfortable, stylishly designed, had everything we needed including a condom at the nightstand. We missed the chalk that used to be a character of the hotel.

The Jupiter is a pretty cool place! I enjoyed the stay but my partner had some reservations about the property, mainly the cleanliness and the comfortability of the bed. I thought it was a great stopover on our long roadtrip. Regardless, the staff was incredibly friendly and I loved that the hotel had partnerships with local businesses where guests got some cool perks and good discounts like Sizzle Pizza, just a couple blocks away.

I loved so many things: First, that the staff included nonbinary persons, the whole vibe of vintage/retro chic was on point, the beds were SO COMFY, the price and location were very nice, the lamps by the bed and chalkboard doors were also great, and overall the four of us had a great stay. So happy that pups were allowed! 🐶 Oh!! And we LOVED the blackout curtains.

The Jupiter was a lively and engaging property with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are basic and in the old section showing a little wear but still quite serviceable. It was also quiet enough to allow for a comfortable night of sleep. The location is perfect - close to major transit and quite walkable.
